Maria Parjus, Esq. is the agent in charge for EVOKE TITLE SERVICES LLC where she devotes her time to providing accurate and personalized closing services to her clients. Mrs. Parjus has an extensive experience in the legal industry as the partner and founder of Parjus Law, a boutique law firm opened in 2010 and providing uninterrupted legal services in the areas of Business Law, Real Estate Law and Corporate Immigration Law ever since.

 

Mrs. Parjus obtained her first law degree in 1992 in Venezuela and has been in private practice for more than 30 years counseling domestic and international clients. After relocating to the United States, Mrs. Parjus earned her second law degree as a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University in 2010 and opened her law practice. Mrs. Parjus most prominent services include assisting clients in setting and developing corporate legal structures, providing seller’s representation in real estate transactions, review of Contract Sale agreements and closing documents, drafting and negotiating M&A agreements, formation of legal structures, providing assistance in obtaining legal immigrant status in the United States for investors and qualified professionals.

 

She also provides Pro-Bono services thru Miami Legal Aid.  Mrs. Parjus is an active member of the Florida Bar, a member of its Business Law Section and Real Property Section; and a member of the American Bar Association.

 

She is fluent in English, a native speaker of Spanish and conversational in Italian. She resides in Weston, Florida since 2003.
